Stephanie is a life-long educator who dedicated her life to teaching to share her love of learning with her students. Prior to joining Springboard Collaborative, Stephanie worked as a Special Education teacher with students from PreK through High School and later became a Director of Student Support Services overseeing equitable access to education for students who receive special education services, 504 plans, English Language learners and counseling services. As a Program Director, Stephanie partners with schools to bring Springboard’s After School and Summer programming to students and their families up and down the East Coast.

Stephanie holds an M.Ed in Special Education from Wilmington University and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Delaware. Her favorite children’s book is Madeline, the story of a mischievous little girl in Paris, which Stephanie carried around with her as a child even before she could read.
