Jodut joins Springboard as the Senior Director of the Data & Evaluation team. Jodut uses impact modeling and data strategy to support program evaluation and reporting at Springboard. Jodut has spent her career working to advance educational and economic opportunities for low-income students. She has worked as a math teacher, a policy advisor, and as a researcher evaluating college access and retention programs. Jodut holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education and an M.Ed. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduation School of Education.
Outside of work, Jodut reads graphic novels with her children and spends a lot of her time traveling to and from libraries to find exciting reading materials for them. One of her favorite books growing up was Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh.
