Associate, Talent Acquisition

Jasmyn Mackell joined Springboard Collaborative in February 2021 as an Assistant People Operations Coordinator. She now works as an Associate on the Talent Acquisition team, supporting Springboard’s growth by bringing in staff members who are excited to further advance our mission and vision.  A self-proclaimed “professional student”, Jasmyn believes that you can never stop learning. She began her career as a high school teacher at her alma mater; where she was able to directly give back to the community that fostered her love for education. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Sport Business Management from the University of Central Florida as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Her favorite books as a child were the “Junie B. Jones” series, which inspired her to speak up for herself in all situations.
