Senior Director, Talent Acquisition
Andrew joined Springboard Collaborative as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in November 2021 after 16 years in Higher Education. He earned his B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Gettysburg College and his M.S. in Higher Education Leadership from Drexel University. Andrew’s work with literacy education started as an undergraduate when he became a certified literacy tutor to help adults in central Pennsylvania. At Springboard, Andrew is able to combine his love of literacy, experience in education, and his passion to attract and identify strong talent. Andrew enjoys working with staff to understand the strategic needs of their teams and connecting with potential talent to help accomplish their objectives.
In his free time Andrew enjoys reading, building things, and fly fishing. Andrew’s favorite book as a child was “The Little Engine that Could” which teaches the value of optimism and hard work.
