Senior Associate, Data and Analytics

Aidan has always been passionate about utilizing research and data to drive impact and equity across different issue areas but specifically became interested in education after his first summer working at Springboard in 2018 as an Operations Lead at Julia de Burgos Elementary in Philadelphia. After that pivotal summer, Aidan decided to pursue a degree in Psychology from Princeton University where he completed independent research on the effects of diversity messaging on the experiences of students of color in higher education.

After supporting the organization for a second summer in 2020, he now rejoins us in a full-time role, rededicated to leveraging data to help us make insights about our current and potential impact on students, teachers, and families. His favorite childhood book was The Little Engine That Could which always inspired him to try even if failure was a possibility.
