Program Director

Lauren is passionate about educational equity and closing the achievement gap through parental engagement. She began her career as an early childhood educator, where she learned the powerful influence that parents have on their child’s attainment and overall school success. Lauren earned her B.A. in Human Development with a focus on Early Childhood and her M.S. in Educational Leadership. Lauren is excited to grow with the Springboard Collaborative team and is committed to a life of learning. One of her favorite childhood books is The Napping House. She is always surprised by how well the whimsical vocabulary engages her very busy toddler! Additionally, Lauren loves The Giving Tree, as she has fond childhood memories reading and discussing the meaning with her dad.
