South Carolina is strengthening reading outcomes through evidence-based instruction, early identification, educator support, and strong family-school partnerships. As districts work to expand support for students who need additional intervention, they need solutions that improve student outcomes while complementing existing district initiatives.

Springboard Collaborative helps districts improve student outcomes through evidence-based intervention, family engagement, and educator support that complement South Carolina’s priorities.

We deliver in-school Tier 2/3 support along with before-school, after-school, and summer literacy programming.
Family-school partnerships and additional support for students who are not yet reading proficiently

We provide family workshops, home-reading routines, and extended learning opportunities that strengthen literacy outcomes.

Read to Succeed Funding

Supports evidence-based intervention, foundational literacy instruction, tutoring, and extended learning opportunities aligned with district literacy plans.
State MTSS, Dyslexia, and Early Literacy Funding

May support Tier 2/3 intervention, tutoring, progress monitoring, and supplemental literacy programming.
Federal Title I, II, III, and IDEA Funding

Flexible funding streams that may support evidence-based intervention, educator development, multilingual learner services, family engagement, and extended learning opportunities.
