Springboard Full-Time

Since our launch in 2011, Springboard has aggressively scaled from 40 students to 2,000. Alongside geographic expansion from coast-to-coast, Springboard is growing its product line to include a school year intervention and a lighter-touch, tech-enabled offering. We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our growing team.

Springboard Afterschool

Springboard Afterschool trains teachers to effectively target instruction and coach families to accelerate struggling readers’ progress during the academic year. Programming, which spans 10 weeks in February-April, consists of weekly coaching, daily small group instruction, and biweekly family workshops after school.

Springboard Summer

Springboard Summer is an intensive, five-week program that combines daily reading instruction for Pre-K through 3rd graders, weekly workshops training parents to teach reading at home, and an incentive structure that awards learning tools to families in proportion to student reading gains.

Springboard Schoolyear

Springboard Schoolyear trains K-3rd grade teachers to effectively engage their students, families to accelerate progress during the academic year. The program is designed as a marking-period-long-module that fits into the structure of the academic year.
