Diversity at Springboard Collaborative
Diversity is more than a commitment at Springboard Collaborative—it’s at the core of what we do and how we do it.
We believe that a solution can only be as good as one’s understanding of the problem. And no one understands problems better than the people who have experienced them firsthand. Proximity matters. That’s why Springboard aspires to hire a diverse team that is representative of the marginalized communities we serve.
We also know that having a diverse workforce makes for a better workplace. Springboard’s hiring process puts a premium on individuals who value diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, etc.
Finally, if you’re passionate about an open role, we encourage you to apply— even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications listed on the job description!
As you search for job opportunities, please be vigilant.
In its first ten years, Springboard scaled from 40 students to over 21,000. Alongside geographic expansion from coast-to-coast, Springboard works to continuously improve our product line. We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our growing team.
Springboard Afterschool trains teachers to effectively target instruction and coach families to accelerate struggling readers’ progress during the academic year. Programming consists of weekly coaching, daily small group instruction, and biweekly family workshops after school.
