Educators are at the heart of our programs. Their collaboration with families makes all the difference.
Capacity building / training
Educators are trained on giving data-driven instruction and accurate assessments. Our curriculum includes hands-on family engagement training. Over the course of our programs, educators receive personalized, real-time coaching to further develop them. The intensive PD gives educators skills they can take with them back to their classrooms.
